1 box (1 lb.) powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1 stick butter (or margarine)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup nuts (pecans, walnuts or almonds)
Place first four ingredients in large bowl, do not stir.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Remove from microwave, add vanilla.
Mix with an electric mixer until well-blended.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into a buttered 13x9" buttered dish.
Refrigerate at least one hour.
